IN the 40's again this warm winter, when is Mother nature going to attack?
45 minute spin this morning on a regular bike and still standing, guess I gotta give it a try- the monitor is not working on my tall one (or as Bridgett says- my special bike!- HaHa) Walked another 15minutes around the track afterwards and then took it easy the rest of the day- letting my knee settle down from that wonderful... shot from yesterday!
I've talked over creating a new weblink thru LUNGevity, the organization I am supporting. They might be able to help me with some additional marketing resources (t-shirts, hats, posters and the like). Plan now is to get some B-cards made up and start mailng out to several local companies who might want to place their logo on my OldGuy theme type t-shirts or promotional materials.
Anyway only about 17 weeks before OldGuy walk begins so time is winding down.

Slushy Tuesday- got my 2nd injection to the knee this afternoon- felt like a needle the size of a cocktail or juicebox straw- ouch!! Anyway still completing 50 minutes water areobics & added with another 20 minutes for shoveling off the driveway this morning = 70 minutes of workout today-

great start to the week- 45 minutes of spin and a 4mile 65 minute walk before dinner- stay away snow!!

Good workout of 60 minute spin today- shout out to Barb C for making it thru on only her 3rd time coming back to spin- way to go!! Way to cold to walk today ( I'm a wimp) so will take the rest of the day off and another rest day tomorrow ( gotta give my old joints a pause) Back on Monday!

nice Snowstorm today- Good workouts - 45 minutes of Spin followed by another 10 minute walk around the track and then 35 minutes to clear the snow from my driveway. I now have another goal - to make it thru all Fridays spin class doing all the up & downs our instructor pushes for. Then find out which bike ride (race) she does in the spring/summer and beat her time!!!

plan today is for 2-3 walks each over 2 miles and a water aerobic class tonight 50 minutes. 1st walk in 2.5 miles in 40 minutes. 2nd walk 2 miles in 30 minutes 3rd walk 2.5 miles in 40 minutes

50 minute water aerobics yesterday- followed up by 40 minutes of spin today and a 90 minute 6 mile walk this afternoon- still in one piece (what doesn’t kill you can only make you stronger)

Back in the swing of things - 40 minute spin and another 5 minutes walk around the track to cool off today - went for a 3mile walk at dusk 45minutes.
